Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InjuryQuote.com website and the case-value calculator (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Site is not legal advice

The case-value estimate produced by the calculator is an illustrative best-guess based on general Florida personal injury case data and the answers you provide. It is not legal advice and does not predict the actual recovery in any specific case. Actual recovery depends on facts, evidence, witnesses, insurance coverage, jurisdiction, jury composition, and many other factors that this Site cannot evaluate. Do not rely on the calculator output as a substitute for consultation with a qualified Florida attorney.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and InjuryQuote.com or any participating attorney. An attorney-client relationship arises only if you and an attorney enter into a separate written representation agreement.

3. Qualifying Provider Service

InjuryQuote.com is a Qualifying Provider Service operating under Florida Bar Rule 4-7.22. Participating lawyers and law firms pay a fee to participate. InjuryQuote.com does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the qualifications or quality of any participating lawyer. The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site. The Site is intended for individuals seeking information about Florida personal injury matters. Use of the Site outside Florida or for non-Florida matters is at your own risk and may produce inaccurate results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Site to harass any attorney, firm, or individual.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated means to access, scrape, or submit information through the Site.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or any other user's use of it.

6. Communications consent

If you provide contact information and consent to be contacted, you authorize InjuryQuote.com and the matched participating law firm to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by auto-dialer, prerecorded message, and text message. Consent is not a condition of any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or by emailing privacy@injuryquote.com.

7. No guarantees

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or the estimates it produces.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InjuryQuote.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, the calculator estimate, or the actions or inactions of any participating attorney or law firm. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InjuryQuote.com and its participating attorneys from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by InjuryQuote.com or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Contact
